Meet Our Staff

Dr. Steve Estep, Senior Pastor – pastorsteve@clarksvillegrace.org

Steve, his wife Michelle, and their kids Brandon (17), Brooke (14) and Blake (12) joined the Grace Church family in January, 2008. Steve was born and raised in West Virginia. He graduated from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University in 1991 (where he and Michelle met).

Steve served as youth pastor in WV from 1991-1993 before moving to Kansas City to attend Nazarene Theological Seminary. From 1996-2007 he served as Senior Pastor of the Harrisonville, MO Church of the Nazarene. While there he completed a doctorate degree in preaching from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago.

He has served as adjunct professor of preaching at MidAmerica Nazarene University, Nazarene Theological Seminary, and Trevecca Nazarene University.   He is an active member of the  Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce, serves as President of theClarksville Ministerial Association, and serves on the credentials board of the Tennessee District.  He is a contributing author to the magazine Army Family 101, and serves a chaplaint to the Rossview High School football team.  His hobbies include working out, fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles and jet-skis. He also enjoys watching Brandon and Blake play football, seeing Brooke sing in the Grace choir, date nights with Michelle, and cheering for the Steelers. Steve’s passions are preaching and prayer.

Elissa Olds, Worship Arts Pastor – pastorelissa@clarksvillegrace.org

Elissa Olds grew up in Owosso, Michigan and is a recent graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University where she majored in Worship Ministry. Elissa felt the call from God to be a Worship Arts Pastor as a teenager and immediately began pursuing that call which was nurtured in her home church. While a college student, Elissa served as interim Worship Pastor in Owosso, MI, and Perry, MI. Most recently she served as Worship Arts Pastor at Real Life Community Church of the Nazarene in Murfreesboro, TN.  She enjoys singing, playing the piano, writing songs, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dwayne Adams, Associate Pastor for Youth & Families – dwayneonline@gmail.com

Dwayne is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University (‘99) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (‘03). He has served in Youth Ministry for over a decade having served at Second Presbyterian Church of Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene. A native of South Carolina, Dwayne went to Kansas City to attend Nazarene Theological Seminary. In the process he met his wife, Marli-a Kansas native. Dwayne and Marli were married in August 2004 and their daughter, Andi, arrived in October 2007. Dwayne loves his family, sports (right now he’s on a Disc Golf kick), watching Marli and Andi play together, music, the Green Bay Packers, smokin’ (Bar-B-Q that is), The Andy Griffith show, spending time with his family, and laughing with his friends. His ministry passions include preaching, music arts, & “empowering teens to find life in Jesus Christ‚ and equipping teens for ministry and service.”

Rachelle

Rachelle Clark, Children’s Pastor – pastorrachelle@clarksvillegrace.org

Rachelle was born and raised in New York where they count snow in feet instead of inches. She has lived in Clarksville for the past 19 years and calls Tennessee her home. Rachelle came to Grace Church in the year 2000 where she began working in the children’s department. She has been involved in Sunday school, Caravan, VBS and for the last 6 years has been a quizzing coach for Children’s Bible Quizzing a program she is very passionate about.

For the last year and a half she has attended Nazarene Bible College, taking online classes for children’s ministry. Her husband Rodney works at Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville KY as a medical coder, in the Medical Records Dept.

Her hobbies include; music, watching movies, fellowship with friends and a Sunday afternoon Nazarene nap! Her favorite time of the week is the time spent with the children of Grace, in church as well as outside of church. Her greatest desire is to reach out to as many children as possible and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Rev. Darrel Hartsock, Senior Adult Pastor – 931-624-1107

Darrel and his wife, Sarah, came to Grace church in September 2002 upon retiring from pastoring in Iowa.  He was bus pastor is Chariton, Iowa and visitation pastor in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Darrel was ordained by the Chruch of the Nazarene in 2001 after completing self-study through the Iowa District.
His hobby is reading. His passion is for prayer and discipling men after they accept Christ.  Darrel does home visits on a regular basis as part of his ministry.

Brenda Colley, Church Administrator – brenda@clarksvillegrace.org

Welcome and Thank You for visiting our web site today!  My name is Brenda Colley and I have the wonderful opportunity to be the Church Administrator for Grace Church!  My husband Micheal and I have been attending Grace Church for 6 years.  We have two grown children, Sean works in Nashville and attends Grace Church. He serves most Sundays in the sound booth and is responsible for much of the graphic art work that we use. Our daughter Candice is married to Jason Leaverton and they are currently stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska. Candice is an elementary special education teacher and Jason serves his country in the Army currently on his 3rd Iraq tour.  Contrary to popular belief, Micheal and I have the prettiest granddaughter ever!  Alyssa is now 7, is very smart and is the joy of our lives!  She has already accepted Christ as her Savior, what more could grandparents want for their grandchild.
