As I drove down Trenton road on my way home, I would pass Grace Nazarene and felt the Spirit whisper to my heart saying “you should go there”. My response was, “But I don’t know anybody that goes there and it would be weird.” I ignored it for a while and made more excuses, but the whisper became more of a yell saying “you need to go there” and I finally gave in. That was more than ten years ago and now I can proudly say, “I BELONG here!”

I love it when our Pastor begins his sermons with a true story that grabs your attention right away, then applies that story to the instructions God gives us to live by! It helps us to understand God's Love and Forgiveness as he gently leads us to where we should be in our Christian Life. Also, the love and concern the people of Grace show to each other. One lady pulled me aside Sunday and asked me why I hadn't told her of a medical condition I had..she said, T " How can I pray for you if I don't know what's wrong? I Love you and I want to know!" That is Family!

It didn't take long for me to feel as if I were part of the "family" of Grace! I feel as if I am part of something warm, comforting, and loving. There's also so many activities going on, there's something for just about everyone if you want to be involved. I personally totally enjoy the Ladies Bible Study, and being a part of Grace House Ministries. Pastor Steve's sermons are outstanding ... could not ever want for a better Pastor!

What I love about Grace Nazarene are the people. Our church has members that range from being born and dedicated in our congregation to people that have recently transferred from the west coast. No matter what walk of life or how long you've been a child of God, there are groups of people you can belong to at Grace.

What I love about Grace Nazarene is that I feel welcomed there. I've been looking and hoping to find a church that I know is the right one for me and Grace Nazarene makes me feel like I belong there. I also love that there is so much effort put into helping the children. :)
