Scripture for the day:
Show me your ways, Lord,
    teach me your paths.
Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
Psalm 25:4-5

Grace Received: Last Sunday the Brandt family’s written response to the Word was: Our family’s foundation is on God – strong only because of him.  We all agree on this.” When a mom and her kids can give a testimony like that, it’s because they are living in the grace that God provides. It makes an every-day difference at home. Grace received!

Grace Shared: One of the things I love to see is people responding to God with immediate obedience. Sometimes that results in someone going to pray at the altar. Typically when that happens, it isn’t long before someone else slips in beside them, quietly puts a hand on their shoulder, and offers their support, be that spoken or silent. Every time I see that happen I am reminded that the relationships inside the body help empower us for life in the world. I’m glad we have each other!

Grace Extended: Two weeks ago you gave nearly $1,200 in a special offering for Bangladesh. This was the response from Marty Hoskins, Director of Mission Personnel for the Church of the Nazarene: “Please thank your people on behalf of the more than 70 children that will receive education, food, and bible teaching.” Making a difference at home and around the world – way to go Grace!
