Scripture for the day: “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to to one hope when you were called – one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.” Eph. 4:3-6

Grace Received: I’m excited about the dozen+ who will coming to the baptism class tonight. They range in age from very small children to a man in his 50’s who became a Christ follower a couple weeks ago. We will celebrate their baptisms at the 11:00 service on Easter Sunday.  If you have not been baptized but are interested, it’s not too late. Come tonight at 7:00 – we’ll be in room A-3.
For all the early risers – mark your calendars. In addition to the 8:00, 9:30 and 11:-00 Easter services, we’ll also have a sunrise service at 6:00. You’ll love hearing the resurrection story of Aaron & Tiffany Potter!
Grace Shared: What do cross-fit and discipleship have to do with each other? In some cases not much. In others, physical exercise and spiritual growth are being intentionally paired. It’s happening several times a week at the garage-turned gym/sanctuary/prayer closet/grace-shared venue at the Nash house. Mark and Martha are using their gifts and resources to disciple some folks and I love it!! People are getting in shape physically and spiritually. The encouragement and accountability is inspiring. It’s not a traditional Sunday School class but the Word is being shared, people are praying for each other, they are doing ministry together at other times and it’s exactly the kind of thing we want to see multiplied. If you’re not already in a grace-shared group, why not start one? Use YOUR gifts, resources, and pair YOUR passions with the mission to make disciples! Let me know how we can help YOU make it happen.

Grace Extended: This is the PERFECT time to extend an invitation to someone you know who is unchurched. Pick up a few invitations that are located at the welcome center and plan NOW to bring someone with you on Easter Sunday! If you invite them to dinner at your house after church, that will be great incentive too :).
