Scripture:  “I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is in my heart.” Psalm 40:8

Grace Received: Julie is one of our most recent Jesus-followers. She had never been in church before coming to Grace but God was very much at work in her life, making her aware of her soul-hunger that only He can satisfy. After meeting some of our people on a Friday night, she came on a Sunday morning and then to theTuesday morning ladies’ bible study where some of the older women introduced her to what a relationship with Jesus is all about. She was ready to receive all the love, mercy, forgiveness and grace that God had to offer!! Thanking God today for new life in Him!
Grace Shared: This Sunday, November 10, we will be having our annual all-Clarksville Nazarene service at Clarksville 1st, 6:00 pm (we have 5 Nazarene churches in Clarksville). Please make it a point to be there. This year’s speaker is COL Jeff Houston, Installation Chaplain at Ft. Campbell. Don’t miss it!
Amanda Sudbury will be leading a group of folks who will be sewing new costumes for Christmas on the Cumberland / Drive Thru Nativity. If you are an experienced seamstress come on Monday night any time between 5-9 p.m. If you are a novice, come any time from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday. If you have any questions contact Amanda at amanda.sudbury@gmail.com  In early 2014 they will also be sewing new baptismal robes.
These are difficult days for many families in and outside the church who are feeling despair, knowing it will be difficult, if not impossible to provide anything for their kids for Christmas. If you would like to adopt a family, please let us know. You can notify our Administrator, Brenda Colley, at  Brenda@clarksvillegrace.org
Grace Extended: Thank you for your prayers and support for our most recent Warrior Weekend! We had a total of 90 people at Camp Garner Creek for another amazing time of seeing God at work in our combat veterans and their families. Marriages were strengthened, wounds healed, and new patterns for communicating with God were experienced. My favorite quote from one of the soldier’s spouses: “In the war we lost God. This weekend we found Him again.” Thanks Grace, for praying, giving, and supporting this ministry!!
It’s that time of year for Room in the Inn. The 2nd and 4th Friday nights from March-November we will host some of our city’s homeless, providing food and shelter for the night at the Annex. If you are interested in helping, please contact Brenda Russell at begranny123@gmail.com
