Scripture for the day:  “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through.  May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming our our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.”  I Thess. 5:23-24

Grace Received: It was a joy to see Samantha Slate baptized last Sunday. This second grader began her life in Jesus on Jan. 1, 2013. We celebrate her baptism and the quality example she is seeing every day from her parents Joe and Chrisy.
Grace Shared: I received a text yesterday from one of our Sunday School teachers. Penny Colby shared that had met the needs of two folks who attend their class . One needed a car repair and the other had been under financial strain, making it difficult to even attend church because of the gas expense. Needs known. Needs met. I love how Grace is place where the faith is being put into practice!
If you’ve not yet joined a Sunday School Class or home-based Grace Shared Group but are interested in doing so, contact Joe Voight at: joevoight@phoenixoftn.com
This coming Sunday we will be receiving several new members and dedicating two babies. It’s going to be great!
A big THANK YOU to Derek and Deborah Cooke and their grace-shared group for a great cookout last Saturday with Grace’s pastoral staff. We are grateful for your kindness, support, and encouragement!
Grace Extended: Nearly 150 people have signed up to be part of our outreach day at Honeysuckle Hill Farms this coming Saturday! Cristy Thomas came up with this fantastic idea and the last couple weeks Pastor Patrick has video-taped several testimonies which will be on the website: www.undeadbygrace.org  Looking forward to the chance for us to let our light shine!
Please continue to pray for the Oct. 25-27 Warrior Weekend.
