Scripture for the day: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.” John 14:1

Grace Received: We had a lot going on last weekend!  Among those at our Warrior Weekend were 36 people from Grace who were involved in some capacity as either participants or staff. We had a great time at Camp Garner Creek where God was at work in a big way! God made his grace known through forgiveness, healing, and the renewal of relationships. Back home others were hosting kids and enjoying a tremendous service with the Children of the World Choir at Grace. It was a wonderful Pentecost Sunday!

This coming Sunday is Trinity Sunday. The sermon text will be John 16:12-15.
Grace Shared: At Grace we rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn. This week there is reason for both.
We rejoice with the Reibly, Morris, and Whidden families who celebrated the safe return of their soldiers; with Jason and Brittany Thorne in the birth of beautiful Abigail Lynn Thorne born 5/20/13 – she was 6 pounds 10 ounces and 19 inches long.
We mourn with the families of Joe Young and Ray Kistner (both of their funerals will be Thursday at Tarpley-Parchman funeral home – Joe’s at 2:00 and Ray’s at 4:00)
Grace Extended: Our hearts go out to those in Oklahoma who lost loved ones, homes, and businesses in Monday’s tornado. If you would like to help respond to this need you can contribute financially to disaster relief efforts through Nazarene Compassionate Ministries by going to GIVE.
We will also be collecting Crisis Care Kits.
