Engaging our community in grace-filled ways!

Verse for the week: Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you… James 4:7-8

It’s all about grace:

Grace received – as we connect with God

Grace shared – as we connect with each other

Grace extended – as we connect with our community

This last Friday night these ladies got together at Grace and put love in action, extending grace to others. They made 15 blankets and 20 scarves to donate to the Fire House Day Shelter. One of those who helped, Deanna Shepherd, said “We had so much fun and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to help the less fortunate people of Clarksville.” Opportunities to extend grace to others are everywhere.  As people who have received grace from God, and shared it with each other, let’s keep engaging our community in grace-filled ways!
